Ok,@Pledge - I've emailed them and await a response. I've also given them a serve, on investor relations, given their investor relations email seemed not to be working!
I hate it that they've put me in a position, where I kind of agree with you - they aren't taking their retail investors seriously if they've let that email lapse. It also says sucky things about professionalism, and quality control (and yes, I've said all of that to them, and said "Please Improve" !!!)
Sigh.
