Pledge,
I've said for some time, that I think two things in MSB need to change:
1) Quality Assurance/Management Team (QAMT) - the performance given by Geraldine at ODAC did not impress me
2) Communication Team
These two issues - quality management and communications, seem to me, to be exemplified by the investor relations email issue.
However, having SI step down... mmmm, who do you propose would replace him...? Or.... is it a just straight "buy out from NVS, no more MSB management" outcome?
