The question to me is why did NIH provide US$50m sponsorship to MSB P2/P3.
Let's take a step back and say it was a free P2 - then isn't MSB in a better position for P3 going forward with C19 ARDS or ARDS in general?
We've definitely loss time, but has anyone else got a treatment for C19 ARDS? Any successful P3 or a P3 that's getting close to completion?
So shortcuts were allowed to be taken with the Vaccines, but for any other treatments we need to follow more stringent & elongated scientific processes - nothing to see here, the pandemic is under control
