shudder the thought but what recourse can shareholders have in relation to newspapers' continuous talking of a stock down if the facts are not correct. the share price of afg has really been beaten down. only time will tell whether they are right.
should there be regulation of what the press write about companies. these days people rely on these sources when making investment decisions.
in addition how does the press find out what is happening behind the scenes of a company when it should be the investors?
