I wouldn't be too worried about this in the short term, the DRC is always a volitile place and the benifit of North American listings is that the market has a better stomach for rumbles in the jungles. If you look at FQM, which are pretty much a DRC dependent company, they haven't moved on this news. In fact their share price has doubled since losing the Frontier Mine, proving it's all about copper price and profitability.

IMO, if Kabila went the same way as his father, then I would be concerned, but since he managed to avoid that fate it is more a demonstration of his strength.
