    Half yearly out. Like many other property businesses BEC has been sold down like it is going out of business. Half yearly, to me, indicates it is in very very sound shape.

    Will be interesting to see market reaction tomorrow, however is certainly looking like very good lont-term value at this level.

    I DON'T hold - yet - however this looks like one of the good ones that has been caught up with the rubbish.
