    re: again Why assume there has been a "profit" on the sale of eCrypt?
    If the asset of eCrypt was being carried in SEN's book with no value, and even tho they sell that asset into a newly formed company, they may well see it prudent to write down the carrying value of that new company to zero.
    Net result would be no impact on the PL
