Talk about leaving things to the last minute!! Management have now been aware of this problem for more than 13 months. They belatedly took action late last year (or, atleast, say they did???).

We have heard nothing for more than 3 months from EHH, Grant Thornton, Bentley Accountants, or the ASX. Shame on them all!!

It appears that EHH is operating under a "horse race" mentality whereby you jog along for 99% of the race, and make a dive for the winning post in the final stride (in this case, March 30)

What-ever happens from here, the management of EHH deserve to be thrown out, with a kick up the back-side for good measure. Fat chance I guess, when we know who owns the majority of shares, and hence voting rights!!

Just disgusting.
