On the issue of "poor performance" I'm sorry to say you don't have any knowledge of what's going on behind the scenes to say that ie it's not based on any facts.
"Missed guidance" glad to see you accept it was only guidance not a promise. And you don't have the facts to prove that missed guidance was down to any act taken by management intended to trick or which resulted from poor performance. Your whole mindset is baseless.
