Lots of delays - completion date is currently 30 Oct with either party having an option to extend this to 17 Nov. However, with two of the four Chinese approvals received and no other obstacles I expect this will get over the line eventually. Certainly from a risk-reward perspective it is worth holding at this point IMO.
