    If a deal does not happen all CEO,s need to be on the dole que(cue).

    I thought about it and the algos seem to have swallowed up some dumping stock.

    My theory is that all parties will agree and statoil/petrobras will announce they picked up 1 percent of stock in meo and maybe Jurgen gives them and extra 2-3 percent
