I don't think honestly we can have any idea whatsoever. Without knowing what the issues to resolve are, we have no basis for estimating how long it takes to resolve.

One would think things are very close but that view is somewhat baseless and attributable to nothing more than instinct. I would say however that probably all concerned are very keen to put this to bed asap and so one would hope that the issues can be dealth with quickly.

There is no question that there is a crowd of folks hanging on the edge of their seats waiting for that!
