    The NOM for the AGM issued today suggests that a deal is not far away. One resolution is for approval of a placement of up to $2m as well as approval for a 10% additional placement as well the capacity to issue 15% is maintained. However $2m placement can only take place within three months of approval by shareholders at the AGM. Obviously something is in the pipeline.
    Still no sign of who picked up the SFR stock.
