Watched this drama from the time RTO was ann , expressed my concern and caution from the outset, when "Terms of Rto" were not disclosed.

To keep it simple:
100% of NewCo = gridCom vendors' % + Odn shhs' %

The higher the con.ratio, the less % odn shhs get.
Is it
85%+15% ?
90%+10% ?
95%+5%? ?
98%+2%

So many questions, but no answers, after so many months.
Once there are answers, may look at it.
(Looking at some other Rto's, atm, with less hairy issues )
