Deal completion and pending documentation, page-282

Starting to get a very uneasy feel about this company , I believe in their technology (Gridcomm) but just the lack of information coming up to the end of the financial year is severely lacking. If the RTO is to commence the company will be off market for a few weeks and there is still no date .Other companies like Raya/Xped told us the approximate time of the RTO a few months earlier and it gave holders a chance of bailing out or holding, as we received heaps of downramping and scared stake holders as well, but everything was on the table for us to make a well thought out decision with time and dates placed out in the open. Its all integrity.
Just this morning we received an update on dd with a company Xped is most likely going to aquire and also an update on progress with collaborations they have made.
My question is why can't Odin do the same?
I 'm waiting on the sidelines at the moment and whats happening doesn't set well for the future.
If it pops holders definately deserve their profits the wait is painful
