Yes, Kunleesp, you are right the deal hasn't been completed yet. Thank you, Captain Obvious, for pointing that out to us.
Their is an "agreement to acquire" - do you reject this? This agreement will lead to "the deal" being completed. This is what was announced and this is what de-risks the LT holders investment.
It really isn't the big conspiracy or drama you are making it out to be.
