You are right, it is not completed yet as there are few steps to be done. The next steps now to complete the acquisition are Lodging of Prospectus, followed by capital raising, then announcement of general meeting to get the Odin shareholder's approval of the acquisition, change of activity and entity name, numbers of shares issued, etc, etc...Then trading suspension. And weeks after an announcement of Securities Sale Agreement to acquire Gridcomm is now COMPLETED!!
