...consol is an interesting question for this deal DT316 - with only 317.7mill shares on issue atm and with a fully diluted transaction deal (including performance shares) for GComm of 432million it suggests to me that a consol ratio of 5:1 (63.54mill shares) is approaching a maximum feasible producing a fully diluted number of 495.54mill - not that many in reality...if the consol was 10:1 then fully diluted number would be 463.77mill...if consol was 2.5/1 then 559mill...in my opinion i would love the consol ratio to be sub 5's considering the CR is happening at 10c - if she happens to be a 5:1 then the SP will appreciate min to meet CR level (6pips from here)+ ... if consol is say 2.5:1 then the upside to meet CR number is obviously significant...we await ...
