I've reported you for what seems to be blatant unsubstantiated down ramping, because multiple users have pointed out that you are completely wrong in your assertions, but you continue to come in here and either
a.) Prolifically down ramp, with the same lies
b.) Change your tone and say ODN and gridComm is the best thing in the world and management are great
It's clear to a blind person that you have a hidden agenda, so I am going to post the evidence that you are wrong, and then inform both HotCopper moderators that you are lying, and also inform ODN management and their IR person of what you are doing.
Once the facts are here, and you have been made aware, you only have one reason to keep doing that you're doing. Trying to influence the price by false and misleading statements. Holders of other stocks have been legally liable for their posts, and I'm pretty sure you are over the line, so I would be very careful with what you keep saying.
First image below : An excerpt from the latest announcement, which clearly states "ODN have
executed the SSA". And the board has also voted to "
proceed to completion on the basis of 94% of signatures being received"
Second image below: A number of posters have questioned the above 94%, and I've read on here that management have confirmed that under Singaporean law the deal can be enforced etc. I always like to follow up, so I emailed the IR person who confirmed this in writing, and I also then did a Google search. Found the information myself, took all of 2 minutes of searching.
Kunsleep. My question to you is this. Management have made assertions to the ASX, which are not ambiguous. They are clear statements of fact.
I put this to you:
are you claiming that management are misleading the ASX and the market?
If the answer to this is no, then I would ask that you cease from this line of accusations and baseless commentary on the status of the acquisition.
if the answer to this is yes, please put this in writing and stand by your convictions, but I would suggest having some concrete evidence as you will most probably be opening yourself to some form of trouble.
