Gridcomm supplies the tech/hardware, the street light supplier installs Gridcomm (product) and maintains the overall operation of that light working. The street light supplier charges the local Government, so Gridcomm from what I see has no direct connection with any Government at all. The street light supplier pays Gridcomm.....
Everyone wins......
Gridcomm would send a professional to (how to install) with that supplier/subcontractor. Big job 100,000 installs, looking forward to seeing the day for 1 million installs.
