If you read through the 31 Dec 2015 financials, ODN has around $4 million in debt. However, in the notes it discloses that the majority of the $4 million is from capital injected by the company directors for payment of the relevant expenses.

This is usually not considered to be commercial debt and as such will likely not be paid back until GRD starts bringing in revenue. This is all my opinion from my many years as an accountant.
