I don't know the full history but I'd like to know how this happened in the first place... Aka current mgmt were on a dead horse with many failed attempts and then all of a sudden you have notes issued at 0.001 $250k worth and some "gridcomm" RTO looks somewhat "interesting"...a few people or someone got rich.
