Man that's straight up illegal, would be some hefty fines and the end of a lot of peoples careers/credibility, and Gridcomm's name would have been dragged through the sewer. I really think people are just panicking over nothing, if you have that little faith in the Australian government's ability to make companies release legitimate announcements on the ASX then I suggest you start buying into physical assets you can see and feel like gold or silver.

I have however been wondering if ODN have been waiting for the SP to drop to 1c so that they can release a 10/1 consolidation ratio notice. which would really be a kick in the teeth.
