The market is not buying it because it needs news. We waited months for a '94% investor agreement' update. There has been no regurgitated news from the ASX (only on FB), and until this happens the SP may spike from time to time but remain relatively stagnant. IMO they are still working on the last shareholder to sign (despite the Singaporean law) and then will make a grand announcement about done deal, and then Gridcomm new management will take over the helm and start making substantial announcements about the tech, contracts in the works, etc...
