The deal will be published as soon as it is inked.
These people have credibility so don't shoot them because it is taking longer than we would like.
Check out the other company on the ASX that they are management in and see how long they backed it before it came good.
The issue for me at the moment is will they need to raise more funds.
If they don't then I expect that there will be a substantial cash component in the deal itself.
