absolutely PulpCutter, and to Superior's Bod, who have acted against the interests of their shareholders, and very much in and for their own interests. The word scumbags comes to mind, though words that lead people to trials and convictions are probably more appropriate.
Jordaan's puke nr avoided the key point....sure, we all wanted the two properties to be one, or work together, the key point has always been VALUATION. Superior have been shafted by their own Board ( who will do very well out of this themselves )......remains to be seen if they can brazen this through, or whether the new court judgement in our favour, will force them to negotiate a better deal. ( my low opinion of them suggests that, unless we scream, nothing will happen. ( write, text, fax , e-mail sgi office and Board members ).
