looks good.
I have done some research on this chinese company, i had to get some of it interpreted but the strategic direction is superior and this company means business.
they seem to get a mine up and running to fuel there own demand which is what it looks to me what they are doing.
i think whilst its an 11th hour announcement theres a few hurdles to overcome. Shareholder approval will be fine I believe, FIRB should be fine. Probably the due diligance period and feasability will be the hardest but i am quite confident.
