The announcement does state that the trading halt is requested "pending an announcement regarding investment in the company and it's project".
Only $.5m of cash was left at the end of March with about $.3m to be spent in the current quarter so they will need more cash. So, it could be to raise some cash by issuing shares but I cannot find the last time they went into a trading halt for this purpose.
Given that the last quarterly report mentioned the confidence in finalising an investment and off-take agreement plus the recent media reports regarding Sichuan Taifeng, hopefully this is what it will be about.
