The Company is in active discussion with two potential groups. The directors a very aware of the protracted nature of these negotioations but substantial progress has been made in recent weeks and a positive result is expected near future.
- capacity to provide funding necessare to advance projects quickly
- to provide a partner whose financial capacity will ficilitate construction capital

the near future was VERY near :)
