So one wonders what reaction the SP will have when the deal closes and (as I fully expect) they announced they have gotten over 90% acceptance and hence whatever isn't accepted will be compulsory purchased, finally giving EMR total ownership of a company they have been chasing since Dec 2021.

Personally, I can't wait for EMR to step on the accelerator and really ramp up the australian project.
