The way I figure it (and the reason I have not sold) is;

* The only way the Board can justify no announcements is if it would be to the detriment of the company,
*. If the Board is aware of bad new / negative results and they do not let the market know they will be personally liable,
*. There is no way they do not know the results from the wells they have already dug,
*. Therefore it must be good news and the Board is improving its position (obtaining more leases) before it announces to the market and risks another company getting the leases.
*. It must be very good new if they are so concerned to protect their position.

Happy for someone to tell me how wrong I am. I have a large stake in this company so would prefer to be told I am an idiot so I can move my money
