Seems to me like something is in the works with Funstatic, ABS a key shareholder in FUN seems to be in negotiations with other parties regarding holdings.
I think that they will decide to offload this holding in order to help fund the businesses poor cash flow. At the moment I doubt they can fund a majority stake in FUN or investors / analyst would approve considering the recent sell off of the stock .
