I feel a sneaky announcement coming just as people go in to Chrissy holidays period informing investors that they are no longer in negotiations. It's been seven weeks without any announcements, surely we should have heard something by now. Suggests they've gone way to early on announcing this deal.

What do you think happens if the bid falls through? A bit of a board clean out given the way this was handled and how the loan was drawn down for a minimal $1m?
