    If you are unable to respond to this letter by the time specified above, or if the answer to question 1 is “yes” and an announcement cannot be made immediately, you should discuss with us whether it is appropriate to request a trading halt in the Entity’s securities under Listing Rule 17.1.

    ODN were requested to have a price enquiry response by 10.30am, ODN missed this dead line and instead of facing suspension by asx, had to request a trading halt at 1.27pm. the trading halt in no way indicates the deal is complete and may still be a few weeks away.
