    If this deal is going ahead please show me the evidence.

    Fact is no deal is signed. The only news you will most likely receive this week will be deal has been delayed.

    Give the CN holders enough time to offload.

    If the deal is not progressing in the right direction or making some head way why would Odin Energy bother to lodge an ASIC form 410B on Friday?

    Yes no deal signed now that is a fact. Yes most likely will get a delay notification from ODN this week but why would you bother lodging a form to reserve a new company name if the deal is not going to progress.
