    Still the deal is not signed and can fall over. That's the news?

    I'm not trying to downramp this stock as I still hold, but you are basing your decision on that.

    Sorry but I need to see the deal signed, this is all stalling tactic.

    How many times have ODN changed there name in the past once deals fell through.
