"i am sure that you have heard of a website named HotCopper which provides a forum for the public to discuss ASX listed companies. Currently ODN is the most discussed company on the site with 180 posts in the last 4 hours. One member of HC is stating that the deal with Gridcomm has turned sour and will not happen. He claims that ODN is delaying the announcement of the deal falling through to keep the share price at a reasonable level (1.7c) to allow convertible note holders time to sell and make huge profits.
Can you please respond to this email on the fact of this matter?"

"Paul, if the deal was not proceeding I am obliged to announce to this to the ASX. There are always trouble makers in every situation. We have not stopped working to complete this transaction. Regards Alex Bajada"
Kunleesp, the ball is back in your court, spill the beans on what you know about the deal and back it up stating where this information came from.
Currently as i see it, your reputation is at stake on this site, making outlandish statements without being prepared to support these.
