Can't see it happening, seemed dodgy from start with zero terms attached and ridiculous pump buying. Disagreement over terms is #1 reason rto negotiations fall apart. If you announce a deal without terms like isn did you may as well announce "odn in very early stage and incomplete and non binding negotiations with gridcomm"

Same thing happened to odn on last two deals, tv2u and the crappy hemp deal

All looks like orchestrated pumps to get mates of management out at slightly lower loss. Ofn was a popular 20c ipo a few years ago
