why do they put out newsletters and not formal announcements? coz they can fluff it up and play the 'it was only a newsletter' line.

one other company i know of used and still uses newsletters to get shareholders lathered up in a frenzy when they want the next pump ... guess which one .... NWT lol that's right, the old Multiemedia. A little finnies gem. Where are they at now?
