Sam, AKW was originally going to give the GGP shares to the shareholders, but that Philanthropy seems to have evaporated.

Perhaps they are looking at fundamentals of what the prospect is worth.

One originally questioned why AKW did not get started on the drilling themselves! But I get the feeling it was all too hard for them.

Perhaps now they realize the potential of PB and either holding % of the prospect or holding GGP shares - if GGP wins they still win.

Time will tell the true state of affairs.
