The Specialist UCG panel that is reviewing UCG is comparing the different UCG technologies, not just the industry itself.

Linc, Carbon and others have gone a long way to distance themselves from the UCG technology used by Cougar and Ergo.

My reference to Cougar talking a bullet for the industry concerns the technology Cougar uses. DERM may, but hopefully not, decide that Cougar (Ergo's) UCG process is not stable enough and therefore not allowed to continue.

Like I said I hope I'm wrong but Cougar's UCG technology it is applying from Ergo Exergy is one of the key points I've heard is being looked at and considered.
