Can someone explain to me what a binding term sheet is. We have numerous ones now and just wondering if anyone knows why they are called binding when they just seem like i can do anything i want binding term sheets. Perhaps i missed something here but maybe we need several of these sheets before we have something binding...you know like monoploy...where u need 3 blocks of land on the same street before u can build a house...Perhaps we are halfway there...now we have 3....just need 4 more lol...so should be closer to our target soon.
Honestly...you can have a go at aka...but think about it...it is quite humerous..is why out price is 17 cents
