You better get excited if 35.5 cents is offerred as it is a whole lot better than 17 cents. Definitely better than 0. Your view of plv is based on when you bought in. Plv is on a different path to what was initially portrayed and you need to base your valuation to what it is worth now. Irvine is not as attractive as it once was thought to be. Cockatoo acquisition and other possibilities pursued by the board is an attent to rectify this. So forget the potential of plv and give me a current valuation of plv of what it has not. The price increase dramatically when u factor in this potential. However, the market seems to be valuing plv purely on its viability as plv appears to have exhausted any goodwill in regards to valuing it on its potential alone.
