    I think the consolidation ratio is 5.65:1

    Why? Market cap stays the same pre and post consolidation, so the market cap of current ODN shareholders is $10m and will stay at $10m post consolidation.

    At $0.10, current ODN shareholders will own 100m shares. From today's 565 million shares down to 100m shares, the consolidation ratio is 5.65 to 1
