Sell side stacked, smart money picking up nervous hands shares. To me it's a sign that good news is on the horizon. Most of the stacking is not close enough to the action to be real. Saw it recently with CR8. News was expected and the sp dropped from above 7c to high 5s the Boom, announcement, hit 9c yesterday. People are impatient and scare easily. Xmas looking good for NEU
