deal real close now..

i guess most of us understand this from what they said in the qrt report. Given the market cap is just $400m and the Chinese are all over the supply side, we can see its close. The stock should have a nice fat run when it gets announced. The cappex side of any deal should be multiple times the current cap. I would imagine that a deal must be along the lines of a JV with money to build the plant. The buyers are not going to wait for it to happen and the management have done this before with gbg.dyor.
