guys you have to look at the whole deal, not just choose the favorable parts.
This deal got over the line because it was script, if the deal was cash you wouldn't have got the same premium, the 'cash deal' would have been much lower.
And my feeling is because its a script deal, the market is not that interested, the 'arbitrage' opportunity is too difficult because of the script and not cash.
Anyway I will 100% accept the deal.
