One of the best comments on the concerns regarding this deal yet!
The liquidity event of LFS shares being distributed is going to absolutely SMASH the price IMO, there are just no buyers of LFS shares and there's about to be lots of sellers who just don't want to hold them.........
Having said that I would be happy with an increase in the cash portion of 20% AND a guarantee of difference between LFS share price between offer and settlement being made up for with more shares, ie; it drops 20% we get 20% more shares.
Then we can start selling (shorting) now LOL
It's a stinker of a deal as is no matter which way you cut it IMO but there's still value in holding HUM, I'm surprised no one used the current market weakness to come in and try to take the whole damn pie off the market with an all cash bid.
