the valuation being put on the Commercial side most definitely doesn’t stack up. However don’t expect any proper valuation until the whole situation simplifies. I think everything is in a holding pattern until/if the LFS deal goes through and Commercial ends up with a clean balance sheet that can be properly evaluated.
