Great contribution.
Looks like the plan is to make the deal occur in the next financial year to delay any tax issues hence the drawn out documentation process.
If the Commercial is a growth story there may be a higher P/E attached.
Will look at LFS as there seems quite a bit of negative sentiment around the possible price performance.
